Guide to Creating a Poll

Ever wanted to create a poll, but didn't know how? This guide covers all of the odds and ends of creating a poll.

1: Create a topic (Can find a guide to creating a topic here)

2: Find the "Add a Poll" option under Main Post, Options, and Calendar. Click the "+" icon.


3: Add the Poll Question.


4: Add the Poll options. You can only create 10 choices, and they must be seperated by a line break.


5: Add how long the poll will allow members to vote. If you decide to leave it blank or put a 0, the poll will never end.


6: Decide if the poll will be multiple choice. A multiple-choice poll does have its dangers, as some members may choose all options, therefore corrupting the results. You can click on "Yes" or "No".


7: Decide if members will be able to cancel their votes after they have made their input. You can click on "Yes" or "No".


8: After your topic's message and poll have been created, click "Send". Your poll will look something like this:
