I think that this site is growing very well and has a good outlook so far in the long range, however, I feel that currently it is not organized to its potential standards. Is it just me? Or does anyone agree?

I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand what you mean. The site seems very organized to me in forum structure, colors, ranks, etc.
Could you please elaborate more on this? We would love to help in anyway to make sure you think the site is more organized.
