| Members on the site can now rate a post positively or negatively.
One positive rating is +1 good member point. One negative rating is +0 good member point.
Please be very careful and act wisely when rating posts. When you rate a post, you can not change your rating decision afterwords. Please do not use the rating system as a toy, it is a way for members to see if their post was helpful or not and get good member points. You CANNOT rate a post positive or negative because you like/dislike the person.
A good member point is a point you get from a member's rating.
You can not rate your own post.
Please do not use anyway to make a member rate your post for a point. If this is caught, there will be a consequence.
There may be a way to use Good Member Points soon.
The rating buttons should be at the top right hand corner in a post.
The Positive Rating Button looks like this + The Negative Rating Button looks like this -
A Positive Rated Post will have a green bar on where the rating options are. A Negative Rated Post will have a red bar on where the rating options are.
To see how many people rated, and what were the ratings, move your mouse to the bar and a little pop up will show explaining the amount of ratings and percentage. You do not have to click the bar.
*If there are conflicting ratings with the post Ex: 4 members rate it positive and 2 members rate it negative. The bar will have a certain percentage of green and red colors. Green=Positive Red= Negative
If you have understood and read this, rate this guide!

Alex S. ____________________________________________________________ I really think there should be a way to Track who Rates Negatives, so the Admins can look it over and see if the person dislikes the person's post or just the person itself by a thorough investigation. Thank you, Lucas | |

| Sounds good. I am glad a rating system is in place, although I am a bit worried about the abuse of Negative votes.
